Sustainability
ECOShield is built on a simple conviction: high-performance protection shouldn’t come at an environmental cost. No PVC. No phthalates. No heavy metals. Just cleaner materials that perform exactly as hard as the industries that rely on them.
About
Why PVC-Free Tarpaulins Matter
Conventional PVC tarpaulins contain chlorinated compounds, plasticisers, and additives that are hazardous to dispose of and can leach into soil and water. They are rarely recycled and often end up in landfill or incineration. ECOShield replaces all of that with 100% polypropylene — free from toxic additives, compatible with standard PP recycling streams, and rated for temperatures from -45°C to +75°C. Same performance. Fundamentally cleaner.

Closing the Tarpaulin Loop
When a cover has done its job, ECOShield doesn’t disappear into a landfill. We work with recycling partners to collect and reprocess used tarpaulins back into raw PP material. Our take-back programme is available for fleet operators, logistics companies, and large-volume buyers — converting end-of-life covers into a measurable circularity metric that supports ESG reporting and corporate sustainability targets.
